Description
Responsible for construction contract administration
including document flow and compliance. Candidate
will be in charge of license filings in multiple jurisdictions.
This position will also encompass safety standards
and OSHA compliance.
Responsibilities
Include:
- Correct and timely completion of work
- Coordinate with General Contractors
- Coordinate with Subcontractors
- Thorough review of construction contracts
- Able to interpret contract documents
- Able to regulate OSHA compliance
- Able to track all aspects of the project
- File multiple licenses in multiple states
without missing a deadline
- Work with Microsoft Office applications
- Work with MAS 200 software
- Documentation and file maintenance

Requirements
- BA degree or relevant experience
- Certified Construction Contract Administrator
preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
